I booked this stay while out of town for work. The weather was terrible and I didn’t want to take the risk of driving home late in the dark and rain. When I arrived the check in details said “check in with lockbox” but I wasn’t sent any code and there wasn’t even a lockbox outside. I called the host and he said he didn’t have any reservations but my booking had been confirmed and he just hadn’t looked at his notifications and that he wasn’t home. I was left out in the cold to figure it out and had to stay in a cheap hotel not close to where I was working. This was a terrible experience as is and when I talked to him on the phone he hung up on me. Not a gracious host and not someone I’d feel comfortable ever staying with because of the way I was treated when everything was happening.

It was a great September stay while having some custom Fabrication done by a local builder. The place was clean. comfortable (great bed) and Justin is the kindest host. Will definitely stay again!

Justin is very friendly. I had a great stay. The place is spotless! Bed very comfortable, so comfortable that I overslept! I highly recommend staying here.

Immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. Perfect accommodations at an unbearable price near the best attractions in the area — whether you’re visiting the city of Seattle or hiking in Mount Rainier National Park. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Justin is friendly and super helpful!

Justin’s place was a perfect launching point for a few days of hiking and exploring Mt. Rainier. The bed was so incredibly soft and comfy, the place was spotless, nice cool air conditioning through the heat wave, and he even left granola bars on my bed stand for hikes the next day. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re stopping in Buckley.
