The Burlson house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our extended family visit to Burlson. Everyone was happy with the space and there was ample room for everyone. The bathroom in the main bedroom was beautiful and spacious. Aaron remained friendly and professional in his communication throughout the rental process. He was amenable and flexible with our requests. Would highly recommend this rental space especially for families with children or needing a space for multiple families to share.

I came in town for a tournament, and the family and athletes that stayed there with us loved it. What stood out the most, was how accommodating Aaron was. Due to our flight schedule and multiple people coming in at different times, Aaron gave us the green light to check in at a time that would work best for most (which was way ahead of the standard check in time). Our overall experience was a great one. If we’re back in that area of TX, I’ll definitely be booking here again. Thanks again!!!

This is a nice large house that is good for groups and in a nice neighborhood. The host is responsive and made check-in easy. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. It had a lot of dust, grime, and had not been deep-cleaned in quite sometime. Also, it has not been well-maintained. Several light fixtures did not work, there was artwork off the wall just sitting on shelves and nails in the wall. In the kids room a broken wall outlet that seemed unsafe and screws and nails sticking out of the wall along with no working lights at all. The yard is not maintained and there is dog waste on the lawn as well as some garbage. Also could use some more furniture in master bedroom. If the house had a deep cleaning and maintenance it would be great.

Great roomy place… slept 11 adults with no problem. Very nice neighborhood…. Owner had plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. I brought some but that was really nice. We were less than a 30 minute Uber ride to the stock yards, top golf and much more
