Lovely play to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. My family and I booked here for a month originally and have extended our stay for a further month we like it that much. Thoroughly recommend staying here.

Firstly Vincent was very helpful, he arranged for us to get picked up from the airport and was always very responsive. Unfortunately when we arrived, the place was damp and smelt like mould. Vincent brought a dehumidifier and it helped a little. Then we found there were ants everywhere so we had to notify Vincent and he came to spray them. They disappeared for a while. That evening my wife went for a shower and the water was cold so we asked Vincent to help. And he did. Finally we were awake with our sick daughters and heard a very loud noise from the doorframe, we notified Vincent instantly and he advised it was termites eating the wood. We therefore had no other option but to leave. We received a full refund and a taxi out to our destination which we were very grateful for. The location is great and had there been no issues the place would have been great but we had no option to leave and this really affected our trip. If the above is fixed the place will be fine.

We stayed here to work remotely for a month and loved our stay. Vincent was a great host and was communicative throughout and also offered to get the places cleaned halfway through our stay since we were staying a while. The location is also perfect as you can easily access the old town by grab (up to £3 each way) while being able to stay in a quiet area. There were also bikes we could rent for free. WiFi was also perfect which was a requirement for us to work remotely.

Malgré la bonne volonté de Vincent de trouver une solution pour nous loger dans un appartement confortable, nous avons dû annuler notre réservation après la 1ère nuit à cause de l'humidité et des fortes odeurs de moisissure.

I LOVED THIS PLACE! I have only great things to say about this place. I stayed here for 2.5 weeks, half the time with a friend and the other half solo while working remotely (great internet). The place feels very private including the pool! I was worried that it was isolated but actually there are so many little restuarants and coffee shops around as well as a little mini mart and nail salon down the road. I frequently biked to old town (about 30 min) as well as the beach (45 min) or I would get a grab scooter. There is also a local outdoor market about 15 min biking away and you can cross through the beautiful rice paddies to get there. Vincent is very helpful and responsive. I already want to go back!
