We had an absolutely fabulous few days at Villa Claire. It's about 1.5km from Benitses up a winding hill track (so you really need a car), with beautiful views of the hills. The centrepiece is the immaculate garden and pool area, which is spotless and a delight, with hammocks, a charcoal BBQ, loads of seating space and shaded areas too. The three bedrooms; two of which were up spiral staircases were clean and tidy and the kitchen is spotless. There are two separate dining areas, although we ate outside in the BBQ area. Niki was a gracious host and was relaxed as to the time of arrival and departure, which was extremely helpful. *TOP TIP* If you're going to self cater, as opposed to eating out in Benitses, I'd suggest you stop off at one of the excellent modern supermarkets en route from the airport as the choice of food shops in the town is quite limited and more expensive too. We loved Villa Claire and would definitely return. Thanks Niki !
