Keep it simple at this centrally-located bungalow. Just miles from the beach, yet surrounded by beautiful tree lined streets and just around the corner from great restaurants, bars and breweries. My house is a historic bungalow built back in 1920, refurbished and updated to meet your needs but still cozy enough to feel at peace. I live in a historic neighborhood that is still up and coming and with lots of diversity. Welcome to Murray Hill. Parking space in driveway with option for privacy fence, private entrance, screened in patio, full bath, kitchenette and separate bedroom all to yourself.

Our stay with Monica was exactly what we were looking for. It's only about 10 min from downtown Jacksonville and very near to the highway itself. It's also much more affordable than other options in the area. On top of all this, Monica was very friendly, responsive and considerate during our stay with her.
We needed a last min spot to sleep before taking an early morning 4hr drive n flight.... so glad we booked Monica's place... those that pass over it truly lost out...
Came here last min and it was very quiet and cozy. Very private and host left you alone but was also very attentive. Had a great stay. Would recommend!

Murray Hill is still an up and coming neighborhood. There are areas that are still emerging from its past, it is a great place with lots of diversity and culture.
I offer 1 parking spot in the driveway and 1 street parking, the driveway is a shared space, as I may park there from time to time. Street parking allows for those traveling with a trailer as well.

Feline mother of 2, outdoorsy yet likes to be a hermit crab a lot. I love my space that I created and I hope it shows. I am a Realtor by day and PT Beer Tender by night…it’s all about the hustle.
