Our visit was for work, not play so we didn’t get much chance to tour, but the location was great, the house was clean and cozy and great for our 2 older border collies with the large fenced yard. We enjoyed watching the ducks in the pond and the nook with cozy chairs was awesome for reading. My partner ate at great restaurants just down the road and walked the beautiful trail system nearby. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely recommend!! Thank you!

We had a great stay. This is truly a great spot to stay for skiing at Sunday River and a good spot close to town. We will deffinitly book this place again!

Excellent, responsive & reasonable hostess (thank you, Suz!). House was well maintained & cozy, just like the description, and made for a great launch pad for a quick family ski vacation. The kids loved the yard, except that the pond isn’t usable in winter - not even for walking on… Will definitely inquire again!

We had a great weekend at Suz's place. Everything was as expected at the cozy cabin. Location is great, just a minute from Bethel with great restaurants and 1o minutes to Sunday River. Would definitely come back.

Suz’s place has a great location and very comfortable. All communication was quick and easy. Next time I return to Sunday River I will certainly look to stay there once again.
