I must say that this little nook holds a special place in my heart now. It is homie and spacious. The location is very quiet and it is surrounded by everything and everything that you might need, from gas stations, to stores, to restaurants, and supermarkets. Perfect location.

Excellent communication. Good price. Nicholas was very helpful. Walkable to supermarket, coffee places and Mexican restaurant very easily. Nice neighbourhood. Would stay here again

I could not be happier with my stay at Nicholas' house! I visited the area to see the eclipse. It was spacious, clean, jas great water pressure in the showers, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was just perfect for my family. The house was very easy to get to, and Nicholas was not only responsive, but was also super thoughtful about sending details about when the eclipse would start and when we would have our glorious four minutes of totality! And to make everything even better, he did not jack up his prices for the big event, when other properties did. We had a perfect stay.
