If you are headed to Shreveport do your self a favor! Stay here. Phillips place is amazing, old school charm wit a touch of modern amenities. Owner is very responsive, and the up keep is none the less but amazing. 10 stars here - I can’t wait to stay again.

Very tidy and lovely cottage equipped with everything you need. A comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had a great stay!

Great place! Clean and nice. One small note - there is no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. This was a first for us at an AirBnB so thought I’d let others know.

This is our second time in Phillip's cottage, we love staying there. We grew up in old homes, we can truly appreciate the efforts Phillip has made to modernize the cottage and make it both updated and retain the charm of an old home. The furniture is comfortable, the hardwood floors are beautiful, the kitchen has everything we needed, the bathroom is big and well lighted. The washer and dryer are such a great bonus. Family members live nearby, so we will return to Phillip's cottage soon!
