Very good stay at Emmanuels. Would recommend to others. Very clean and accurately described. Emmanuelwas very quick to address the keypad issues upon check-in. Very comfortable Basement suite. Would stay again if the need arose.

I could not have found a better place to stay in Saskatoon, and I'll be sure to return to Emmanuel's place the next time I'm in town. Emmanuel was super friendly and always responded quickly any time I needed to hear from him. The check in was easy and smooth, and Emmanuel was there to give me a warm welcome. The place was fantastic, exactly what I needed: Somewhere close enough to the university that I could walk there, and where I could cook my own meals for a while without having to eat out every night. Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchen well equipped and taken care of, the bathroom spotless. The location was particularly convenient for me, being within walking distance from both the university and several major grocery stores, and also to some of the main public transport lines.
