I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were quick to resolve our complaints, the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the views were serene. Nancy’s place looked like on the photos, she was very responsive via text messages and friendly. Although, we had some issues while staying at Nancy’s apartment, On our first day there was water in the stairs , in the hallway area and we had to mop not sure where the water was coming from, the bathrooms did not smell Good maybe they should open the windows so the air get inside, or just install a fan , then on Our third day the power went out but I have contacted Nancy and her House manager, I also, mentioned to the housekeeper and they resolved the issue. The housekeeper Nadine was also helpful and she was there to help with cleaning whenever we needed to, Other than that we had a good stay with my family at Nancy’s Apartment! Thank you!!

Nancy's place felt like home for me and my family. It is pretty spacious and sits in a beautiful and peaceful environment. The house manager - Eric, was so pleasant and very helpful with all the necessary local information we required. The driver assigned to the apartment, Mr Federick, also made commuting seamless and easy. My children enjoyed the space as it was big enough for indoor play and family comfort. I would strongly recommend Nancy's place for any visitor to Kigali.
