Nice spacious two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. Brendan was always communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again!

stay was okay.. didn't complain about the molded limes found across the house or the melted knife guard under the burner that started a fire and we had to put out but then was charged crazy cleaning fees some for things that were even like that when we got there.. overall okay stay.

Brendan's place was perfect for our stay! I was to work from there with ease. All amenities needed were available and it was awesome our two little dogs were welcome as well. My only complaint would be the $65 cleaning fee as the place wasn't very clean when we arrived. Once I gave the toilets and showers a good cleaningI felt right at home.

Coworker and I stayed here and it was exactly what we needed. I liked the convenient location to nearby grocery stores, gas, and restaurants. The balcony was nice to have in the early morning hours. I never got to check out any of the community amenities like the pool, but it is offered in the stay. Brendan is responsive with his communication and is on top of things.

Brendan was responsive and friendly. The apartment had what I needed for my long term job assignment. My dog enjoyed having more room to roam than if we would have been in a hotel. I would recommend his place to stay. Easy access to the Interstate and nearby shopping.
