Welcome to this new home in a quiet neighbourhood with an open and modern layout. Perfect place to make memories with friends and family in the spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It is located only 7 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs which is famous for having a year-round water temperature of 85 degrees. The house is located 4 minutes from shopping and 3 minutes from Blue ridge park which has a playground for the kids, freshwater canal for fishing, and a place to picnic and barbecue.

This home was beautiful all around! The decor was done with so much thought and care, we were really impressed with the cozy beach vibe it held, so inviting yet practical! The hosts were incredible; they let us check in few hours early, having a house ready and cleaned for us, since we had a wedding in the area, they accommodated all of our requests! Overall, very satisfied. Will consider booking again with them if/when opportunity arises!
