Our Labor Day weekend girls trip getaway at The Broadmoor House was perfect. The house was decorated so beautiful & cozy. Every detail thought of. Our favorite parts were the screened in private porch and amazing kitchen, dining and living room space. We were in the heart of all of the activities and just a block from Mama Tig’s, 2 blocks from the pool with the lake view & The Pantry. We were steps from the pop-up shops and main stage area where a movie & live music played. The Broadmoor House owners were so easy to communicate with - we can’t wait to go back!

Location, Location, Location!! This house is right next to the pop up shops, the outdoor movies area, the volley ball court, pizza place, and just a short walk from the beach, the swimming pool overlooking the lake, and the golf cart rental place. Not only is the Broadmoor House location great, the house itself is wonderful. I cooked most meals in the well appointed, open kitchen, which had all of the serving dishes, cooking skillets, pans, knives, utensils, etc. that I needed. We did take advantage of the local pizza place, which was just down the block from the Broadmoor. For the record, it had one of the best gluten free pizza's I've ever had. I am a self proclaimed bedding snob and found the beds and high quality sheets very indusive to peaceful sleep. With a screened in porch, covered patio and balcony, we were able to enjoy being outside to take in the sights, even during the hot hours of the day. Communication with the owners was easy. They were very responsive.

What a beautiful house. This was even more spacious than the photos suggested. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived and the host communicated clearly and with speed on the one occasion we needed them. The use of the community pools was wonderful for our family. We also enjoyed the volleyball and tennis. I only wish we could have stayed longer to see the weekend buzz.
