We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as advertised, clean and beautiful. The front deck was amazing, and we spent so much time just sitting outside taking in the views! It was perfect for a getaway weekend with family. Would highly recommend!

We loved our weekend getaway to this cute cottage. The house is perfectly sized for two couples or a group of friends. The kitchen was great and well stocked with spices and oils and all the essentials. We loved the front deck and spent every morning drinking our coffee and watching the sea birds. Melissa was a great host and we are looking forward to staying again.

Our stay at the Salish Cottage made me fall back in love with my hometown. Since moving away 3 years ago, I have been back a few times and each time I find that I appreciate the town I was born and raised in just a little more, however, the stunning views and peaceful location of this cottage truly sold me on how lucky I was to grow up here. The solace felt waking every morning to the sun coming up over the picturesque, snow capped mountains, the beautiful sound and watching the ferry system buzz back and forth while drinking coffee on the coziest patio is immeasurable. Every bit of furniture both inside and out are comfortable. The beachy-themed decor is clean and not cluttered. There are lots of neat extras provided such as board games and binoculars that allowed us to watch the seals and eagle that fished directly in front of the property every single day we were there! The welcome mat says Good Vibes and we felt that the whole time! WILL be booking again for future stays!
