The house itself tells a story of well-thought-out renovations with modern and stylish aesthetics as a result. The house is a 110 m2, divided in two floors and consists of four bedrooms, bathroom, and integrated living room, dining room and a new kitchen from last year. From the entrance, on the ground floor, you will find two rooms, the bathroom and an open livingroom connected with the spacious new kitchen. On the first floor, you will find two more rooms including the beautiful masterbedroom with its own fireplace. In 3 of the bedrooms, you will find single beds that can be converted to double beds, and in the Master bedroom you will find a double bed. Available in the house: General: This is a holiday home that we also love to use ourselves, but in all rooms there will be reserved space for guests to store. (Note: Please note we do not provide bed linens and towels, but there is a possibility to them) Ground: Private parking. Terrasse furniture sun/dining and two barbecues, bonfire area, maintained grass area for outdoor activities. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Kitchen, living room and dining room. Washing machine and water heater. Living room: Aircon cold/warm. TV screen for DVD player. Big DVD collection free to use Kitchen: Miele Fridge, Miele freezer, Miele induction stove, Miele oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, 6 breads toaster, dishwasher machine. Miscellaneous: A whole lot of different old school board games. The garden indulge you to outdoor activities. We got many. Footballs, bonfire area, a big trampoline and many outdoor games for all ages! Not least, there will be the opportunity to borrow bikes to explore the charming surroundings completely free! Other things to note: Extra services we like to offer two options for your convenience: * Guests themselves make sure the space is ready for the next group of guests. Please leave the house as you received it. (We will charge a DKK 2,000 cleaning fee if this is not done as agreed. ) Or, For DKK 1500 we provide the cleaning after the end of the stay, and includes bedsheets and towels for up to four people.
