This lovely home is in a well-established suburban area of gorgeous Atherton. We were able to walk to the busy Main St and back each day. All of us felt incredibly comfortable within and outside the place: my kids loved running around the yard, and we sat on the porch in the late afternoon. The TV and wireless were easy to use, and the house was so well provisioned, with kitchen utensils and extras such as oil, spices and a coffee plunger clean and to hand. The host, Case, greeted my mother upon arrival, allowing her to check in early, and accompanied her to a lovely local cafe. The beds were comfortable and our rooms were easily darkened with blinds at night or when we required privacy. The bathroom is fresh and new (choose from two shower heads!) and again plenty of bodywash, linen, facewashers, towels, pest sprays and toilet paper provided to last our stay. The place was clean and tidy throughout, with tasteful decor and reading brochures/materials, and we would love to stay again.
