We have designed this home for friends & families, so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors while relaxing at our pool with a fire roaring in our HUGE bluestone fireplace. Centrally located to Lake George. We are 7.4 miles from Ben & Jerry's on Canada Street in LG. We are 7.3 miles to Million Dollar Beach (13 minutes) We are 3.2 miles from The Outlets at Lake George Be our guest! Come join us for a relaxing getaway where you can breath the fresh air while you sip your morning coffee outdoors in our private backyard! We have plenty of seating for relaxing outdoors, grilling a nice dinner on our Weber grill and then ending the night with a atrial wood fire in our massive bluestone fireplace! Our home is located in an area in Queensbury that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, fun activities for children, trips to Lake George, the bike trail, and most importantly the outdoors. We have a nicely wooded lot so you can enjoy gatherings, fires, and fun in our pool. Summer Activities are endless here in the mountains. We have a wooded lot that is very private so you can enjoy the outdoors in our backyard. We are also close to everything being centrally located in the Town of Queensbury. We have hosted family get togethers, folks joining us just to get out of the city life for a while, to wedding events, or just couples who getaway for the weekend. Come enjoy the outdoors with us, you won't regret it! About our Home: This layout of our home is called a tri-level. The lowest level connects to the garage, family room, and bar area, and the fourth bedroom with a queen and single bed, dresser, and small hanging space in the laundry room, with no TV since it's next to the family room. The laundry room is located off the bedroom on the lower level. The family room is ready for games, or gaming consoles to be connected! The second floor has the kitchen with an 8-seat table, a half bath, and a formal dining room that seats six. The more formal living room is located off the kitchen. You have a coat closet next to the front door, and a bench to put your shoes on. The Third floor has three bedrooms; Master has a huge walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a large gorgeous shower, and double vanity. Queen bed, and wall-mounted TV. The pack n play is located in the master closet. One extra set of twin and queen sheets, an extra blanket, and a pillow. Bedroom 2; Queen bed with closet and TV. Bedroom 3; Queen bed with dresser, closet, and TV A full bath is located in the hallway on the third floor. All TVs have a Roku connection so you can log into your own WIFI tv accounts. Outback at the pool!!! We have provided a nice dining table that seats 6, with another table that seats four. We have Adirondack chairs for the kids, and lounges for the pool, and will try our best to always offer some pool toys and floats. The pool is full sun! We do have great beaches in Lake George so we have some chairs, a wagon, a picnic blanket, a cooler, and sand toys for your use. The driveway has plenty of room for a boat if you know how to back up. Two garage bays can be used for your vehicles. Great for the car show folks! The basement crawl space and a hallway closet on the third level or the shed outback are NOT assessable due to storage to run the BNB.
