Positive: All very clean and comfortable enough. Walkable to town if you are energetic and looking for a good jaunt. Very conveniently located. Driveable to many wineries, restaurants, and such. Negatives: missing tv's in bedrooms. One tv in living area forces all to watch same things -- and although we are all adults - our taste in viewing not same - would be challenging when accompanied by younger individuals. Would recommend, thank you,

Beautiful spacious property with everything our family needed. We felt very relaxed here. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Large number of robes provided were a really awesome touch, for getting out of the hot tub at a cooler time of the year. We would stay here again when we return to Fredericksburg.

It was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family that are planning to make a trip to Fredericksburg.
