Enjoy waterfront views while sipping a cocktail at the giant outdoor bar. Two bedrooms offer queen beds in each and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed is in the living room. Close to popular Crumps Landing Restaurant. The Riverside Marina is nearby to launch your boat. There is ample parking for a boat trailer. Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe. This is an entire waterfront home with an upper screened balcony overlooking the scenic canal view. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and there are two full bathrooms. The spacious, recently updated kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a wine fridge to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature. Enjoy your freshly caught seafood at the spacious kitchen island. A keurig coffee maker is provided for making your morning cup of java. The couch in the living room is a pull out. Linens and pillows are provided. On ground level, there is a largeopen patio with a bar, inclusive of a sink and storage, and a refrigerator. Blue tooth speakers, a television set, and both a propane and wood burning fire pit make this the perfect spot for hanging out. Relax and enjoy the peaceful, serene canal or catch fish and blue crabs right out of the canal. It is common to see wood ducks, manatee, and turtles right off the seawall. A gas grill is also provided. Due to the homeowner's severe allergies, pets, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited.

This is a beautiful, clean home with lots of space and areas to enjoy the water view. The outdoor kitchen and fire pit areas are fun and you can watch the turtles and little gators. The bedding, towels, etc are better quality than found at most rentals which was an added plus. Our only disappointment was that there were no seat backs for the Lifetime sit on top kayaks. We were able to kayak to the Springs which was really awesome but very hard on the back without the seats. We tried to rent some the next day but were not successful so you might want to bring your own if you plan to kayak. The perfect place to catch up with old friends, relax and enjoy the water. Hosts were there in a second for our only question. Would highly recommend this stay, it is a lot of bang for your buck :))
We rented a boat and even at low tide, we were able to navigate a boat through the canals to the house. In the evenings we fished and caught a few catfish. I saw a couple of Sheepshead’s but no luck. There were also blue crabs so bring a trap. The house provided kayaks and canoes which we used as well. Also made friend with the local alligator, about 3ft long. Such an amazing experience. There were still plenty of manatees in the nearby spring even though our trip was mid April.
Very comfortable and peaceful place for a relaxing vacation away from hectic tourism. close to town and shopping, but located in quiet neighborhood in beautiful outdoor setting. Exactly what we were looking for.
We thoroughly enjoyed a few days in this beautiful home. The house had plenty of space for our family of four and had a lovely patio overlooking the canal where we relaxed in the afternoon. Thoughtful amenities and very clean. Wish we had more time to visit.
We loved the house and enjoyed the outdoor area! Close to lots of restaurants and plenty of things to do in the area.
