Snow and ice created some issues on our first day, but aside from that the stay was very good.

The house was fantastic. Views were million dollar. Bald Eagles, Sea Lions, numerous waterfowl right from the deck/couch. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and pantry. Lots of linen and pillows. Katie was super-responsive. Alaska Airlines cancelled our flights and Katy was able to accommodate us at a discounted rate and she waived the cleaning fees. VERY NICE! We would highly recommend this house for a great stay in Ketchikan.

Awesome views! Sealife right outside the windows, nicely decorated, comfortable space. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a wonderful week while fishing with a group of friends. We were a group of 8, so the space was slightly cramped, but the deck provided extra space to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view. The house had everything we needed, though we did buy a larger pot for preparing bigger meals. Katie’s communication was fantastic, and everything in and around the house was clean and well organized. Great place to stay and amazing host. Hoping to come back next year!
