There was a problem leaving the keys on checkout. They called me to say they had cleaners going in and needed the keys asap. As it wasn't me that stayed in the property I arranged with the actual tenant to get the keys even though this was not a problem of my making. This was on a Saturday afternoon yet I was prepared to assist Yoko on a problem of their making. I called the cleaners to arrange to give them the keys at the property. The cleaners then wasted 2 hours of MY TIME by not turning up or keeping me informed. I complained to Yoko and asked for their complaint escalation procedure, which I never got. All I got was lies and platitudes from someone who didn't give a damn about what had happened. A truly shocking host with scant regard for their customers and only interested in money. I have spent circa £30,000.00 with airbnb in the last couple of months and all properties and hosts have been good, then Yoko, wow what a mess.
