This place was great! The space is curated to feel welcoming, aligned with the destination, and relaxing. You won't want for anything here because Andrew has thought of every last detail down to the beach towels. What we appreciated most though was how clean it was; the cleanliness was better than some hotels! I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. Our stay here was wonderful and the price was more than fair. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. We'll definitely stay again on our next visit to the big island

Andrew’s place was beyond our expectations. Once you are in there you can see how minimalistic it was, but you will find all necessary items that you might need during your stay. The place is pristine clean, kitchenette has brand new equipment and countertops, bathroom is brand new also. I really like the interior design. The main thing is beautiful balcony where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, or just morning coffee or just watch beautiful sunsets. We were surprised that the host placed a laminated paper where you can find useful information on how to get to great places nearby. Andrew was very responsive and helpful, he always responded to our request when we needed some assistance. One thing I noticed was that the place doesn’t have a clock, maybe it was intentional, maybe the host doesn’t want his guests to see how fast time goes 😀. In my opinion that’s a good thing, I mean whoever is in Hawaii should feel endless paradise. We will definitely book again this place. Thank you!

Andrew was an excellent host! He let us check in early after a long drive from Hilo. What we enjoyed most about staying in his loft was that it's in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood that's still quite close to nice beaches and downtown Kona. The full kitchen was also well stocked with high quality equipment, which was nice for cooking meals. Andrew gave us good recommendations for snorkeling spots and lent us snorkeling gear, beach towels, and an umbrella. He also had a boogie board or two available, though we didn't take advantage of those. I would certainly recommend Andrew's place to anyone looking for a similar experience.
