房间很干净，有问题房东也能及时回答，入住便利，位置不错，离亚洲购物中心大约10分钟的路程，体验很好。
We had very comfortable stay at this place. This is what we exactly needed upon arriving to Manila coming from the province so, we could be at close distance to where Miss Saigon will be performed at the Solaire Theater. It saved us a lot of time and we get the chance to go to SM MOA which was just within a walkable distance of 10-15 minutes. It was just right behind it. Not to mention how comforting and soft the beddings were. One of the highlights worth mentioning at this place. Thank you, Ms. Rosette for being responsive and communicative to our questions. We appreciate that a lot.
Really kind people, they helped me with the decoration for my engagement with my now wife. They answered all my questions and helped me to have a good stay , i am satisfied with their service 😊

Great spot! Super affordable with clear check-in details from the host. The place was nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

The neighbourhood is really that you need for beach/seaside luxury, countryside weekend. There is no need to go far to purchase products and major essentials as there is a mini market across the building. There are many options of "Asian Restaurants" down the road. If you are looking for an authentic Filipino cuisine then you have to go to Mall of Asia that is 10-15mins walk from our place.
Is Pasay a SAFE area?
It's easy to make friends and feel at home in Pasay City. The city is generally safe, with a low crime rate. However, as with any city, it's always important to be aware of your surroundings and take precautions when necessary.
