First time using airbnb and will continue and everytime I come to town hope to stay here again. My family has a son with special needs and he felt at home which is an added bonus

The location was great. Nice residential area. Yet close to restraunts, Walmart, activities and not far from airport. It's tasteful decor, spaciousness, large screened in porch and beautiful pool in a private fenced yard stood out. They supply the basics if you arrive late and prefer to shop the next day. Including water and ice maker on fridge, soap, shampoo, lotion and coffee. The washer and dryer on site was a huge convenience. Loved that the door locked automatically, felt safe. The pool heater broke 3 days before we checked out. Cesar was quick to respond but was not able to fix it before we left. Tho to no fault of Cesar, it was disappointing. A couple of things for Cesar to consider. The rug in front of the glass, tho needed due to slippery tile, Needs to be rubber backed. The patio furniture (pretty wicker) but feels hard and uncomfortable if you are going to spend any amount of time out there. That being said, we were Very pleased with our stay and would rent from Cesar again.

Perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s wedding in Winter Park. Centrally located, everything within 25mins. Home was spotlessly clean, hosts were very accommodating and appropriately responsive. Only reason for not giving five stars were the pillows! Buy or bring your own. That being said would definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean and nicely decorated home!!! We needed a place to stay during our daughter's wedding in Winter Park. Close proximity and easy to find.
