Nice house, responsive hosts

House was exactly as described. We stayed with a large group for the Masters. Very reasonably priced during the Masters compared to other homes. Was an easy drive to Augusta Nationals, about 30-35 mins. The pool house was a nice separate sleeping space with its own bedroom & bath, so it was nice for a couple in our group to still have their own space but still share the rest of the house. We ran into a small issue, but the host responded immediately & took care of it for us. The backyard was beautiful just wish the pool was heated. The kids & guys still jumped in for a cold plunge one day but didn’t stay in too long. We spent a lot of time hanging out & playing games on the back porch. Older home, but it had a lot of character, was clean & was perfect for our large group. Definitely recommend!

Caroline and Johnathon are great hosts/co host. They were very responsive and understanding to a few of my concerns. They respond promptly. Despite my frustrations regarding some unclean areas and mold that needed to be thoroughly cleaned/ sanitized, I enjoyed my family vacation. After a 15 hour drive we wanted to relax. Instead, we needed to clean first, and overlook the fact that a bathing suit from a prior guest was left on the floor in one of the bathrooms, after it was “cleaned”. Caroline did address my concerns how she seen fit (200$ refund, after I sent photos) and air bnb helped me settle so that both me and host were happy with the outcome. In all honesty, if guests stay here they should go prepared to do some cleaning up themselves before settling in. Despite all things, the home is big and beautiful. I just wish cleaners took pride in taking care of the home for the host. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool. Thank you Caroline and Johnathon for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out were simple. The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked with what we needed for the week. Home was spacious. Our family enjoyed the pool a lot. It was a good size. We wish it got more direct sunlight for more hours in the day. It was very hot when we were there so we didn’t spend a lot of additional time outside, but the our door spaces are nice. Bedrooms were far enough from common spaces that they were quiet. All questions were answered promptly. When we had an issue with the refrigerator they were quick to get a repair man out to fix it. Caroline was a great host!
