This brand new semi-detached includes an open concept dining, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with fresh modern decor and thoughtful touches. There is 1 bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bath. Bright and clean bathroom with new tiles and new vanity. Linens and fresh towels are ready to use. Brand new kitchen (Fridge/Dishwasher/Stove/Microwave/Toaster, etc.) with stainless steel appliances. Kitchen stencils and beach chairs are available for your convenience. Drink your coffee in the morning or unwind at the end of the day on the lovely patio! Linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Washer and dryer in the house. *No parties or loud music. Our neighbour is quiet and we want to respect that. * If you break or loose the beach chairs there is a fee of $100 each.
