In summer, outdoor activities are the order of the day, there are many fishing lakes in the area, such as Snåsavatnet, where you can rent a boat and experience nature from the water. If you want to fish in the fjord, you can take a trip to Steinkjer or to Beitstad and Beitstadfjord.
