I rented the place for a month and overall I was very pleased! The apartment matches the photos, very beautiful and clean, suitable for both short and long term bookings. Cleaning was included. The owner is very responsive and was always ready to help! The location for me was one of the best - the apartments are located in the very center of Novi Sad next to the church. Two small points that confused me the whole time: 1) There is no elevator in the building, you will have to go up to the 4th (actually 5th) floor. It was difficult with large suitcases. 2) The house is quite old and there are cockroaches in it. During the entire time, there were 2 black cockroaches in the apartment that got in from the ventilation.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It is beautiful, we felt cared for by the hosts every second: there is laundry detergent, plenty of tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, paper towels. In the bathroom there are cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a supply of toilet paper. The kitchen has many different types of tea, coffee and a coffee machine. And best of all, there are many different lighting scenarios. It is very cozy in the evenings to turn off the overhead light and listen to the sounds of the city. We have the most wonderful memories with this apartment. Victor is a great host, very friendly and was always in touch. Highly recommended!
