Debbi was able to accommodate our group of 9 for New Year’s, and it was the perfect space to relax and hang out. She was very friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. The home is conveniently located near downtown Beacon and many other activities. It’s very private and even has amazing outdoor amenities (that we unfortunately were not able to enjoy due to the cold weather) including the pool, hot tub, tennis court, and more. I recommend booking this home for family or friend gatherings!

My family was looking for a convenient place to come together for a long weekend to celebrate a special birthday - and we found the perfect spot for us. The property was large enough to easily accommodate our family of 9 with plenty of room to spare both indoors and out. It was like having our own private resort and we took full advantage of the onsite amenities - we played tennis and basketball, went hiking, sat around the fire pit and, although the weather was too cold for the pool, it was perfect for the hot tub. We also visited some of the nearby attractions in and around the town of Cold Spring along the beautiful Hudson River. Debbi and John prepared me in advance and were completely accessible for any questions. Overall an excellent experience.

Debbi and John are two of the sweetest hosts I've ever come across. They were extremely communicative and easy to talk to. I could really tell that their concerns focused mainly on ensuring that we had a great experience at their home. The property and house are exactly as you see in the pictures. There is a surplus of fun activities and really something for everyone to enjoy. Despite the large space, there are many areas that are conducive to intimate gatherings. The house and property quickly faded from being an unfamiliar place to acquaint with and became a home for us to fill with unique and special memories. I credit all of that to Debbi and John who have put a lot of care and love into this place.
