Sunrise Main House 1: The main level of this home features a quaint entry lounge area, a grand living room with soaring ceilings and a pullout double bed, a fireplace, and comfortable seating around the TV. The game room is located on this level and has a foosball table and air hockey table! There is also a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining, as well as a formal dining room. On the main / downstairs level, you'll also find 3 bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. 1 of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share a a full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located near the laundry room. Walking upstairs, you'll find a loft with a twin bunkbed and a twin bed with a pullout twin (4 twins total). Next to the loft area is the master suite which has 2 queen-sized beds, a tv, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in standing shower and dual vanities. This master suite has a kitchenette with a small stove, a fridge, and a microwave that leads out to a large private balcony with plenty of seating and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Outside in the backyard, there is a private porch featuring a few seats and a large hammock to lounge in. Walking a bit further into the yard, you'll see beautiful 400 year-old twin Oaks Trees leading up to a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing memories. Hill View House 2: The main attraction of this home is the large deck that leads into the front entryway. There is plenty of seating and a swing -- perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up the sun. We also hope you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills on cool Hill Country evenings. This home features a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this house. The master bedroom has 2 beds (a queen and full), and the master bathroom has both a jacuzzi and a standing shower. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-bed with plenty of storage space. The two bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a standing shower. Sunrise House 3: This modern apartment features 1 bedroom with three comfortable queen-sized beds. The full bathroom boasts a shower/tub combo, and plenty of storage space for all of your toiletries. The full kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay.
