Very clean apartment，with everything we need during our stay. Good communication and service from the host. Only one point need to be improved：a little bit noisy as this apartment is close to the main road.

The condo was nicely updated and furnished. Although it is technically street level, as advertised, please be aware that the designated parking spot is underneath the building so it is about 10-12 stairs up to the door of the condo. If you want to park on the side street instead it is only about 3 stairs up to the unit. We did have a plumbing issue with the unit, which was addressed the same day we reported it, other than the clean up, which we did finally settle with the owner to our satisfaction. The location is convenient, but if you are a very light sleeper and are sensitive to traffic noises during the night, you may be bothered by the traffic. It is by no means unbearable, but it is noticeable. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bathrooms do have shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you do not have your own. We did appreciate the K-cups and the creamer, it was nice to not have to stop and buy that while we were there. We would stay here again in the future.

All three of us liked Leo’s place. We all felt it was spotless in every room. It has been taken care of with an excellent maintenance record being visible in the condition of the place. We were given very clear instructions on getting inside and how to close up. I contacted them once in the middle of our stay with a question and the response was very quick. The location is excellent for not just Altadena but nearby places like Pasadena and Glendale. Mass transit is not far away and there are lots of stores nearby. There is only one single downside to Leo’s place. It’s not big but it sometimes gets annoying. The residence upstairs pace a lot. Back and forth. It’s not real loud but it’s noticeable.

My friends and I had such a pleasant stay here. Everything was clean and well thoughtfully put together. Loved how we had access to the dryer and washer. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
