Where do I even begin. The house is full of character, we loved every detail about the place. The sitting rooms were very comfortable. Over the years, stayers have added their little nuances of hooks, the hooks were funnily everywhere and very useful! The place was spotless, we’ve cooked and shared many meals, laughters and memories around the dining area. It’s like a home away from home and we almost don’t wanna leave. Parking was very convenient, location was perfect. A good balance of quiet and all the amenities about 2 roundabouts away. The only downside was construction 1 Sunday. Where they kept honking. But it was just that one day and every other time, it was very very quiet and peaceful. We were near everything we wanted to go from Caversham to Swan Valley. David was most helpful, very kind to accommodate our toddler’s needs. Maybe for first timers in Perth, it would be good to share a manual on parking outside or getting around. But that’s entirely on our own poor research
We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The house had a lot of character, was thoughtfully furnished without being cluttered and very clean. We met David on a couple of occasions and each time he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and we’d highly recommend him as a host. There are some great local restaurants and useful shops like a pharmacy and a bakery. It’s also about 15mins walking distance from East Victoria Park which has more shops and eateries. Overall we had a great 10 days here and would certainly return again if we had the chance. Thank you!
Beautiful house! Very clean, well presented, excellent parking, central location. The only thing I would note is for a pet pet friendly home there is no grass- but there is a park around the corner on Rutland ave & our big mastiff boy didn't mind. Loved our stay though & will 100% stay again.
Lovely house the man David was very responsive and helpful he let us check out a bit later which was awesome As it was paddys day , very nice house and clean
