Prime mid-town Toronto location, close to transit and lots to do within easy walking distance but on a quiet side-street in an area of very nice homes. Darlene's place is a basement apartment but LARGE and well-equipped with private access through a side entrance. The only petty comments we would have is that it might become a little cold in the winter without an internally controlled thermostat/furnace and that it would be helpful to have a small vacuum to help visitors keep the place clean during extended stays. We stayed at Darlene's for two months (September-October) and would definitely book again.

My family and I (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent 4 weeks at Darlene's place. Her place is very nice, the kitchen has all required household items, high quality beeding. The neighborhood although pretty silent its very close to subway station and shopping / service area with supermarket, banks, good restaurants. Darlene showed flexibilty and very fast to answer any doubt or request.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Darlene's. The location is perfect. You are close to the parks, the belt line, supermarkets and the TTC. The accommodation is large with an entrance to leave you shoes. It was very easy for us to work from home with each our desk in separate rooms. Appliances are brand new and the kitchen is well equip for long stay, the washing/dryer machines are very big. We met Darlene several times and the communication was excellent.

The apartment is thoroughly equiped with high end appliances and all sort of utensils. Great location, hosted by a friendly family. I highly recommend it for anyone, specially for families who are looking for a stay in Midtown Toronto.
