Davine’s place is a little gem in the heart of Lauzerte. Parking was very easy and the kitchen is well equipped. Davine was very prompt in her replies and very friendly.
Attention les chambres sont disposée sur deux étages accessibles par des escaliers étroits . Un peu compliqué pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite.
Davine's home in Lauzerte was beautiful. I stayed with my husband and 2 children and the space was perfect. All the amenities that we needed were in the house and Davine was quick to respond to any questions. Lauzerte is a stunning village with lots to explore. It has a bakery, many restaurants and some lovely little shops and a supermarket.

Lauzerte is a stopping point on the Way of St. James and it overlooks the valleys and hills of Quercy Blanc. Known as the Toledo of Quercy, this mediaeval fortified town, founded in 1241 by the Count of Toulouse, contains a superb rectangular square surrounded by old stone and timber-framed houses.
At one end of the square, a surprising work of art - the raised corner - provides a very original touch! Next door, the Church of St. Bartholomew is worth a visit for its splendid baroque altarpiece in golden wood.
After exploring the streets around the Town Hall, all dotted with pretty houses, head for the barbican and its vast panoramic views of the rolling landscape of Quercy Blanc.
And don't forget to explore the remarkable Pilgrim's Garden, which has the particularity of being shaped like a life-sized board game telling you the story of the Way of St. James pilgrim route.
Everything you need is within walking distance.
