Everything was great. The house with the garden is beautiful, even better than the photos! In Soroni there is a supermarket und great restaurants. You can walk to the sea. Ilias was very very very nice unf helpful! Thank you!!

A lovely home ( as it felt homely the 2 weeks we stayed ) Ilias met us when we arrived, super friendly and helpful, the one occasion we needed something, he replied to our message promptly. The area surrounding the Villa is peaceful, close to local beaches and the Village at the top of the road, with nice local Tavernas .... good roads to explore the Island, a car is essential... you can get to the other side of Rhodes within 25 mins.. ( stop off at the abandoned Italian village on the way ) .... more beaches and plenty of places to see.... so many highlights of our stay, its impossible to single anything out.... just go and explore, especially Karimoss, which is 15 mins away, and definitely Rhodes old town, 30 mins away.... Swim, Eat & rest , thats what we did.... thanks Ilias for a lovely house that was our home for 2 weeks. Scott & Karen

Fantastic stay with our family. Plenty of space for children to play indoors and out. The garden is lovely with a number of different relaxing areas depending on time of day. The outdoor cooking space looked amazing although we never got to use it - we'll definitely use it next time. The house had aircon and fans so it was brilliant for children (3 years and 8 weeks). The garden had a great selection of fruit (incl. grapes, pomegranate and peaches) which tasted amazing. Well recommended - we'll definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Wir haben uns bei Nikolaos sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat sehr hohe Decken und so war die Temperatur - trotz Hitze draußen - drinnen sehr angenehm. Zudem läßt die Einrichtung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem in der Küche war wirklich alles da, was man so braucht. Der Garten ist wundervoll, wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Soroni ist ein ruhiger Ort, der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar (bei der Hitze nahmen wir aber das Auto). Häufig saßen wir am Strand ganz allein oder mit ein paar wenigen anderen. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!

Das Haus war wie in einem grieschischen Traum. Das Haus hat keine Nachbarn umgebeben von Obst- und Gemüsebäume einen Grillplatz und mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten um gaart von Traubenbäumen. Alles was man im Garten findet durfte man Essen so sind die Hausregeln ;). Das Meer ist eigentlich auch zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar so wie auch Restaurants in die andere Richtung. Wir waren aber Hauptsächlich zum Kiten da also dann besser ein Auto mieten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr freudlich wie man dass in Grieschenland gewohnt ist. Das Haus ist gross und mit Klima ausgestattet. Sogar bei 40 Grad Aussentemeratur sehr angenehm kühl. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht da das ganze in Realität noch besser aussieht wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist so komplett dass es an gar nichts fehlt von kaffee, Gewürzen, Kochuntensilien bis Badezimmerzeug und geräumigkeit. Fehrnseher mit netflix gibt es auch. Aufjedenfall werden wir wenn wir wieder nach Rhodos reisen wieder das Haus buchen. :)
