I stayed with Ana for a month after moving to Philadelphia from the UK, I couldnt recommend her place enough if you are looking for a place to stay. The house was clean, welcoming, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Ana is a lovely host and took great care of me. She is easy to get hold of and very respectful of your privacy. She took the effort to get things back to me that I left behind too. I stayed at Ana's house during a snow storm when the temperature fell below 20F at times and the house remained really warm and comfortable. I really appreciated that. I will be recommending Ana's place to any friends or family that come to visit me in Philly

Ana is a superb host! I stayed with her for a little over two months when I first moved to Philly and I’m really glad I did. The room I stayed in was perfect and it had pretty much everything I needed - a comfy bed, a mini fridge, and a kettle. The home is beautifully decorated with lovely plants too. As far as location, I find it pretty walkable; I was able to walk to UPenn everyday for work. The neighborhood is pretty safe and is relatively quiet (as least compared to the rest of town). And most importantly, Ana is an amazing host. She is super kind and gave me so many great advice when I first moved to Philly. She is also an amazing baker - she makes really great pumpkin bread and English muffins!

I had a comfortably stay at Ana's. She's thorough, meticulous, and attentive. I was once locked out of my room--anything can happen at the 110-year-old house. She was quick to fix it. Her supply of water bottles in the fridge was more than generous; it lasted for 4 hot Philly days. Unfortunately, I must be her last ST rent. I was lucky to get in there. As to off-center location, she stated it in her description; but I had no idea what it is like until I got there, especially when it was my first trip to Philly. Buses came slowly in the small city like Philly; so be prepared to walk many long blocks. A good chance, though, to exercise while traveling provided weather being cooperative! It is fairly close to U Penn. So the notion of some location being central is all relative.

Definitely the nicest AirBnB I've stayed in for a long time. The bedroom was huge, beautifully decorated (as is the rest of the house) and well equipped. Wifi worked really well for video calls throughout. Ana was really kind, offering me flexibility and help with my stay. They have a very excitable dog which is cute too! Great value for money.

I have absolutely 0 complaints for my stay at Ana's. Her rules are perfectly clear and I appreciate her organization as that's the way I enjoy my life as well. Oh my goodness the bed was as if I was sleeping on a cloud. It was so cozy that it made it difficult to get out of lol! I loved the decor and the cozy robe. Ana provides plenty of soap,body wash,conditioner, and shampoo options and I appreciated having my own bath mat. The water stayed hot and I always take long showers. The living room was so beautiful! I love the no shoes in the house rule as I'm the same way when it comes to my home. My stay was quiet! I am noise sensitive so I appreciated this. Ubers/Lyfts came by very quickly and it was less than a 15 min ride for me to get to various locations such as the Academy of Music. Ana is lovely and definitely is a great asset to the air bnb community.
