Jay and Scott are great hosts and their home is exactly as you see it on the listing. There was plenty of space in a modern clean decorated home. Communication was excellent. Even before the trip either Jay or Scott responded within a reasonable period. If you are someone that likes a local coffee shop there a several to choose from, one being 10 steps away. Lot's of cool options for food and drink and a great location if attending anything at Lincoln Financial which is a short drive away. You'll also find the local people are very friendly (that was my experience- from coffee drinkers to craft beer fans to friendly Uber drivers). I will say, DO NOT park longer than 2 hours on the street the home is on, even if you don't see a sign, look harder. The free lot is so easy it's worth the brief walk. If and when I return to Philadelphia, Jay and Scott's place would be the top of my list.

Absolutely loved staying here! Everything was so comfortable and spacious, beautifully furnished and particularly loved the dishware. The outside patio was a dream even in winter and Pennsport quickly became my favorite neighborhood in a Philly. The park nearby is so lovely and has a farmers market on Sundays. Jay was very responsive to any questions I had and it was so nice to stay in a place with zero issues because everything had been thought of already. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

My partner and I had a great extended stay at Jay and Scott’s. The house is gorgeous and was obviously designed with care, and we felt at home straight away. Great communication with the hosts, breezy check-in, and all in a very walkable area. Supermarkets are close enough to walk to, and so are a few parks, and for farther trips there are bus stops nearby — we used a car a couple of times and finding nearby street parking also wasn’t an issue. A few things around the house perhaps needed a bit of maintenance / upkeep, but we communicated this to the hosts and they were very responsive. Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays in the city!

My husband and I stayed here for a 5 week stay and loved it. The pictures match the description of the place. We work remotely, so the WiFi is good and strong for video calls. Parking was always easy to find and Jay shared a great map of free parking close by before we checked in. There are so many good coffee shops nearby (Herman’s was our favorite). Its a 15 minute walk to Passyunk neighborhood where there are great restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the park around the corner as well. Jay was also responsive any time we had questions. Check in and check out were easy. Would definitely stay here again!
