A little outside of town but so relaxing waking up to the sounds of horses, birds and a morning walk around the farm. Great spot close to wineries and restaurants in Lodi. Jeanne and staff were all very friendly.

Jeannie is always on top of her accommodations. It is clean and well stocked with a few local treats like wine & cheese and farm fresh eggs! I particularly like the Instapot and cast iron frying pan! The local market is great and there are eateries within 5 miles. My horse is in training at Sargents so I like to spend a few days occasionally and monitor her progress. Everyone is very accommodating and helpful. My beautiful mare thinks she is Royalty! Jeannie runs a 1st class operation.

It was exactly what we expected and more. Jeanne was amazing, she went beyond to accommodate our last minute plans. Now let's talk about Jeanne's cute studio... The studio had great central air, which made it hard to realize how hot it really was outside. Not only was it comfortable but also very clean. We were also offered some goodies and fresh eggs, which made us feel very welcomed. Nearby, you can hear and see horses, tortoise & chickens. Overall, it was a fun barnyard stay. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with my niece someday. Thanks again Jeanne❤️

I had to give a bad review on this host because they left us hanging in the middle of the night and couldn't even check in because we did not receive the gate codes. we arrived around 920pm on a Friday. We called the numbers on the call box as well as on the hosts page and got no response. customer service attempted to get a hold of the host as well and was unable to reach them over a 45 min period. we ultimately had to get a complete refund because we were not able to access the premises and the host was unresponsive. the venue area looks beautiful and we wish we could have stayed.
