A 24/7 Gym is a short 3 min drive. Further, 3 nearby parks and an aquatic center are all within 1 mile distance. The studio/Garage is attached to the main house with an independent door and an intelligent lock, you do not need a key. This property has all the regulations and security that the city requires. This studio/garage property has one bedroom, full kitchen, coffee bar, living room, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and main parking for guests.

It was a great space. If I come back to Yuma, I’ll ask to book again.
Came back a 2nd time to this bnb and had an even better time than last. Our A/C leaked water and Carlos immediately got to work on fixing it and fixed it very quickly. My wife and I needed a can opener and Alma sent her sister to get us one from the inside of their house. Very helpful and very kind hosts. Again, highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a place to stay in Yuma temporarily.

This is a very nice place. Check in was easy, clean very comfortable, I would definitely stay again.
