Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento - uno degli Airbnb migliori in cui sia mai stata! Esattamente come nelle foto, l’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico ristrutturato e offre tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza in Sardegna, inclusa aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, balcone… L’appartamento era pulitissimo e il posto tranquillo, l’accoglienza ottima dall’oste☺️Se dovessimo tornare nel sud della Sardegna prenderemo di sicuro in considerazione questo posto!

We ended up only staying one night here as it was too dangerous for our daughter. We missed that it wasn’t suitable for children as Efiso accepted our booking with our infant specified and even supplied us with a cot. Each room is on a different level and you can’t tell that from the pictures so not good for children. It was a lovely apartment, very clean, new and comfortable. We did not meet the host - a friend of his met us. The host was not happy with us for ending our stay early despite us adhering to the rules of his cancellation policy accurately so it was a shame to have an unpleasant interaction. It’s a great place just wasn’t right for us with a small traveller in tow.

Logement magnifique dans le centre de San spearate. Rénovation mélangeant l’ancien et le moderne parfaitement réussi. Rien ne manque ! Je recommande vivement !

I think this is a new Air B&B listing and I would strongly recommend getting booked in before more people find out about it. It was the cleanest Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in. Efisio was fantastic with check in. The place itself is very stylish and well located. San Sperate is a magical place with 500 murals in the town and the sculpture park (a Giardino Sonoro) like nowhere else in the world. I was there in August and the weather was very hot but the air conditioning and architecture of the apartment made it very pleasant to stay in. The very large balcony also offers a lovely place to have a meal and a covered area with a sofa was my favourite reading spot. People with cars can get to Cagliari and the beaches really easily and the public transport isn’t bad either. Hourly(ish) buses into Cagliari. Couldn’t have had a better week there.

La maison d’Efisio à San Sperate est absolument magnifique! Très bien située à 20 minutes de Cagliari et à une heure des plages sublimes du sud de Sardaigne dans un village authentique loin des foules de touristes. Nous avons passé un très beau moment dans cette belle maison. Nous avons eu la chance de la trouver et si l’opportunité se présente à nouveau, nous y retournerons.
