Very responsive and accommodating, stayed here for a construction job

Just do not stay here! I’ll start off with the fact that Milia’s shining quality is she is communicative! Check in was easy. HOWEVER upon arrival we thought we were at the wrong place because of the mounds of trash in the yards. The place looked abandoned. We went inside and were shocked the further we investigated. The floors were literally so slick. There were stains and dead bugs on the rugs. It didn’t appear that the floors had been cleaned at all! Hair and dust and crumbs everywhere. Windows are dirty, every surface was dusty. Do I need to go on? The bathrooms stank. I thought to myself, surely Milia has hired a cleaning crew and doesn’t live locally herself because this home is filthy. I called her right away and she said she’d send someone over right away. They picked up the trash (it filled the back of the truck!) she offered to put me up elsewhere. We found lodging with family. Airbnb gave us a full refund. I’m grateful for that. This was good learning experience for me.

House was nice and clean it was in a nice neighborhood it’s close by plenty of stores and restaurants and everything you need was already inside

Wonderful host. Allowed me to check in 4hrs early. Lovely backyard, with a patio. Great for families and gatherings. Overall great stay.
