There isn’t enough good things i could say about this place! Everything about it was beautiful. went with a group of friends, found multiple things to do even drove about 20-25 min up to big bear. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Didn’t have any issues or have to communicate with the owner or any services through Evolve. Everything was keyless and easily accessible. overall trip was a 10/10.

The view of the lake is amazing. The rooms are spread out and have rooms on every floor so none of us felt cramped or on top of eachother. Our only complaint/concern was the hot tub. It was leaking water. I would recommend this place, it was absolutely beautiful.

Do not recommend at all. The house is nice but what a nightmare with service and the house is not stocked up for use. Day one we have this security team just walk in on us. The guy that came in just opened the door being aggressive asking am I the owner or renting. I was shocked this guy just walking in on us. No F given. Kitchen! Has hardly anything. Had to buy a cutting board and a can opener so whoever owns this, you are welcome. Had to have the hot tub guy come out and fix the hot tub.. no gas in the BBQ. When asked if we could get some I was told there is nothing open. Would you not think to fill this up for your guests?!? For the money we pay for this place. 2200 for two nights. When you call to ask a question they direct you to some security team and they will repeat themselves so many times as if you have no clue what they are saying. The house and location is nice but not worth the money and the hassle honestly. Save your self the grief and find another place. I read someone else’s negative comment and thought it can’t be that bad. Well it is! Such a shame! I have stayed all over the world with Airbnb but this one!!!! I will pass on in the future. And the cleaning 🤦🏼‍♂️ Don’t know why they have a cleaning service. You will be doing pretty much all of it lol not going to do this place ever again and I highly Recommend the next guest watch out. You will be looking for simple things in the place that you won’t find and will have to go buy. Save your money and go to an Airbnb that is stocked so you can relax
