A collectors paradise in the middle of Santa Fe, near Meow Wolf and down town. Perfect for those that like off beat fun and humor in their stay. River walk is right out the front door and WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY WITH FENCED IN FRONT YARD. 2 queen sized beds in private bedrooms and cozy oversized couch in the Living room. Model ships, trains, and Alice n wonderland feel to the listing plus a bar outside for anytime lounging. Suited best for the younger eclectic and open minded people. there are officially 2 bedrooms. During warm weather months there are 2 covered outside sleeping areas for guests that like fresh air. See pictures. The space is filled with fun and interesting collectables which I have acquired through some of my world travels. It is always a work in progress so please note that there is a sitting area that is right in front of the bay window and another food bar area with sunset sitting areas. Be aware that strong winds blow dust around the yard often. Please let me know that you have read this and are aware of the dessert environment here in the south west.

If you appreciate arts and music you are in for a treat. David’s house was an artist paradise. His collections of artifacts throughout his world travels makes you feel like you are traveling abroad. The master bedroom was one of my favorite places. I loved his attention to little details that were above and beyond to make me feel cozy during my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best airbnb bed I’ve ever slept in. The yard was very private with lots of places to sit and converses while soaking in more arts and ambience. David’s recommendations for local flair were fantastic! Loved my time in Santa Fe!

David was a very lovely host. He waited up for my arrival and even greeted me with his fire-pit already started and great conversation. Offered many great local recommendations. Opened his Airbnb up to me with positive energy and unrequited hospitality. Will be staying there every time I pass through Santa Fe.

This is a very safe neighborhood. It is located near town and one block away from the Santa Fe river. Sunset walks or biking into town runs along the river 100 yards to the west.
Groceries at the Market Place and Trader Joes are about a 6 minute drive and down town is about a 9 minute drive straight east along W. Alemeda or Agua Fira.

I have lived in Santa Fe for 25 years and know my way around town and many of the areas in Northern New Mexico. I have a great circle of friends which visitors might enjoy as they visit Santa fe. I have performed percussion and timpani with the santa fe symphony, pro music, and the Albuquerque opera and many of the music groups in town. I enjoy spending time with notable movie producers and sound people who work in the music and film business. I love traveling to Bali to listen to Balinese gamelan. I have toured with Sekar Jaya in the west coast. I find Balinese music to be fast paced and very exciting. My travels include Asia, India, and Burning man. Some of the production people live near me. Ekart Tolle is one of my favorites. The world is changing and it seems important to grow food and follow some parts of the current world events however I seldom watch commercial television. I enjoy watching nature programs with my dog especially the ones about wolves. 5 things 1. Music in Santa Fe 2. Culture and friends in my life 3.
