Die Unterkunft von Ann liegt super in der Altstadt, so dass sehr viele Highlights von Hanoi zu Fuß zu erreichbar sind. Direkt nach der Ankunft haben wir den Schlüssel in Anns Restaurant abgeholt - leckeres, vietnamesisches Essen direkt vor der Tür! Empfehlenswert ist der Transport in Hanoi mit Grab-App (passend kleines Geld bereithalten, da Wechselgeld schwierig!). Nachts konnten wir wegen der funktionierenden Klimaanlage sehr gut schlafen und waren auch tagsüber kurz zum abkühlen in der Wohnung. Weil es uns so gut gefalle hat, haben wir auch für unsere Rückreise gebucht!

Overall it is an ok place in the middle of Hanoi. It is within the old quarter which is very walkable. Many good food and coffee options nearby. Also the laundry machine was very helpful. The projector was nice once we were able to connect it to our laptop but it took a bit to figure out how to connect to the speakers without clear instructions. The apartment has AC as well as fans and a heater. That being said, the check in process was not very smooth for us. We waited for 15 mins for check in instructions that could have come the night before or in the morning. Also the bed is very uncomfortable as it is a mattress pad directly on the floor. We also came to no pillow covers on the main bed and used the downstairs pillows instead. And there was an unfinished load in the dryer. Decent apartment in a good location but our experience was not very good
