Amazing cave house, gorgeously constructed and simply breathtaking piece of history. Everyone in BIsbee knows about it (fun to hear them tell their stories connected to it while going in their shops and restaurants). We love caves (the ladder tour at Colossal Cave in Vail is our favorite, love Mammoth Cave in Kentucky too), and incredible to literally “live” and sleep in one for a day/night. Waterfalls and trails are amazing. Took both lightning and Milky Way photos at different times during the night (amazing views), and super fun when the power went out during the stunning lightning storm! Almost total darkness inside the cave at that point — felt like we were “spelunking.” Loved every minute. You won’t regret staying here. Wanted the hot tub to work, except the people in town told us that it’s an on-going project. Five star experience!
