Great space - it was perfect for our group for a weekend in MIA. This location was close to everything we needed and the backyard area provided a perfect place to socialize. Highly recommend!

The house is in a lovely neighborhood about a fifteen-minute walk from Calle Ocho. It is very quiet at night and the delightful back patio is a comfortable place to hang out after dinner. The kitchen is not fully stocked, but the basic necessities are there. The thermostat is also a bit funky, but the hosts were very nice in helping us set it to a comfortable level on their app. There were four of us and the house had ample space. It would be helpful if there were instructions for operating the TV and a channel guide. The back patio lighting switches are also hard to find, but a text from the host helped us locate them, so a page of basic house instructions would also be a good idea.

This house was perfect for our family, with a comfortable, private back yard and a room with bunk beds for the kids. The plants really made it feel like a tropical paradise, including a magnificent mango tree towering nextdoor. some coconuts has even fallen in the yard that the kids enjoyed playing with like soccer balls. The whole house was beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen had enough tools to cook, and the grill outside worked wonderfully. While some of the surrounding neighborhoods had barred windows and fences, this area did not. We felt safe knowing that the TV and furniture in the yard was clearly safe.
