This was a great stay. We loved the two balconies and the apt felt secure. Perfect location for us and our kids right across from Humboldt Park. Would stay here again!

Dubb was very responsive when I asked questions. He was kind and interested in our well-being. The apartment was spacious, and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed the balcony on the quiet residential street. I would imagine a cup of coffee or tea out there in the mornings would have been perfect. The place was clean and easy to access. The train is walkable and gets you downtown in moments. Within minutes an Uber or Lyft can be at the front door if you don't have a car- which we did not. The coffee pot did not work and he had a replacement delivered before dawn the next day. I recommend Dubb's place if you are looking for a getaway in a quiet neighborhood.

Matches photos perfectly. Very clean. Easy check-in and out. Great quiet location. Spacious and perfect for my family of 5 on spring break. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I stayed at Dubb’s condo for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The mattresses were comfortable and we slept very well. We also loved the large shower in the master bathroom. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Chicago (15-20’ drive). Driving to the Magnificent Mile was easy and at the end of the day, when we needed to decompress and rest, the condo offered a nice, comfortable, and quiet space. We felt at home. Parking was easy and we had no problem finding street parking. Dubbs responded to our messages right away. We had a wonderful time and would book it again. Highly recommend it!

El lugar de Dubbs es perfecto. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa, pudimos caminar a algunos restaurants cercanos y supermercados. La ubicación te permite estar cerca del centro de la ciudad y a la vez disfrutar de la tranquilidad de estar alejados de la ciudad. La casa estaba super limpia, y contaba con todo lo necesario, nos sentimos muy cómodas. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos ahí, muy recomendable y Dubbs es muy servicial y atento.
