We were informed by our host that we wouldn't be able to check in due to an issue with water availability at the property a few hours before we were due to check in. They offered an alternative property which was 40 minutes away and very different what we had booked or were wanting. We offered to find alternative accomodation for ourselves for the first night while they tried to fix the issue. They managed to fix the water issue and said we could check in the following day. I then got a message the next day stating that they were having a few ongoing issues and that it would be better for us to find an alternative place. When I asked to see what the issue was the host just cancelled our reservation. The amount of issues this booking caused for our family was significant. It really ruined the holiday.

We selected this listing for a large family getaway. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The home was beautiful and newly built. A couple of items were missing and the team immediately purchased and brought them over. We are very happy and very much look forward to coming back.
