This was our saddest airbnb experience ever. The owner promised to check us in an hour earlier, but did not come and did not answer, we waited an hour on the street with luggage. Then they gave us the wrong room, without a terrace, because the door lock in ours broke. After 3 hours they gave us our room but it smelled terrible of vinegar and the air conditioner did not work. The temperature in the room was the same as outside. We slept in the cold. The air conditioner could not be fixed for 2 days, after which the owner brought a heater, but we were about to leave and cancel the booking. The towel warmer in the room did not work and the water in the shower was leaking to the neighbor downstairs. The walls are stained and the room needs refurbishment. There was no equipment necessary for living in the kitchen, we had to take it from our previous room. Host response time 1 - 2 hours. Vacation ruined.
