Appartamento molto bello ed in ottima posizione. Carlotta ci ha affidato la sua casa con tutte le sue dotazioni. La comunicazione è stata efficace.

Un piso estupendo, amplio y cómodo, con una ubicación magnífica, al lado de la playa y cerca andando de todo. Hemos estado muy cómodos, lo único que el termostato dela ducha y lavabo de uno de los baños no funcionaba y no pudimos usarlo, mala suerte que fué en fin de semana y Carlota enseguida me contestó, pero era imposible conseguir fontanero.

very stylish apartment in a good location very near riazor beach and in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk to busy parts of town there is a very nice cafe called fika downstairs for breakfast, coffee or drinks later, and several other cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes walk kids playground across the road gadis supermarket 1 block away less than 10 minutes walk to the central market where you can buy amazing seafood, meat and vegetables it is a beautiful apartment very well renovated and decorated. proper furniture not IKEA! there are electric blackout roller shutters in all rooms which are great for sleeping in and shade in the living room which is very sunny it is a family apartment and spacious not small 1 master bedroom with ensuite shower & toilet (although the shower does not work) 2 double bedroom with queen bed and cot for baby 3 double bedroom with bunk bed 4 family bathroom with bath/shower and toilet the kitchen is very nice, high quality appliances. and a fridge with icemaker there is a breakfast table in the kitchen too the living room is very large with a huge comfy sofa, dining table for 4/6 and small work desk big TV etc and good WiFi large entrance hall so plenty of space for push chair, luggage etc if you have kids. the building is secure with video intercom good lift and stairs if you prefer exercise. it really is a nice apartment so if you need a place which is convenient to the beach and town centre but also pleasant to spend time in then this is highly recommended
